I am a nationally certified home inspector. That training gives me a broader understanding of how a home’s systems interact and helps me look beyond the obvious symptom to identify underlying causes, related concerns, and practical solutions.

Efficient Work and Professional Equipment

I arrive with extensive tools, testing equipment, and the experience needed to diagnose problems accurately and work efficiently. I do not stretch jobs out to increase the bill. My goal is to solve the problem correctly and accomplish as much as reasonably possible during every visit.

Depending on the job, my equipment may include thermal imaging, laser measurement and leveling tools, moisture testing, electrical diagnostic equipment, gas and combustion detection, and specialized tools for plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and general construction.

Clear Communication and No Surprises

You should never have to wonder what is happening, why the plan changed, or what something will cost. I explain important findings, discuss your options, answer questions, and keep you informed before, during, and after the work.

If the scope or direction needs to change, I will stop and discuss it with you before proceeding. Additional work or expense is never quietly added without your knowledge and approval.

Fair, Clearly Explained Pricing

Before work begins, I will explain whether the job will be handled under the standard service-call rate, a written fixed-price quote, or a time-and-materials arrangement.

When I provide a written fixed-price quote, that amount is the maximum you will pay for the agreed scope.

Insured and Guaranteed

If a covered workmanship defect appears within one year of completion, I will return and correct it at no labor charge. Product and material warranties remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms.
